1. Chunati.com Marathon 2023 is organised by Chunati.com with the full support of all Clubs & Social Organization of Chunati in accordance with these Rules and Regulations, and all the terms and conditions and other relevant rules and regulations, applicable to the participants of the Event .
2. There will be no refunds of the registration fees.
3. Registration for the Chunati.com Marathon 2023 is only confirmed upon payment made and upon issuance of a race identification number.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participants, in which case the Organiser will make effort to inform the Participants prior to the date of the Event.
5. A Participant must retire from the race immediately, if required to do so by any member of the official medical staff, Race Director, Referee, and/or security officer.
