Program planning and distribution of various works in holding 47th Siratunnabi SWM (scheduled to be held between 1 December to 19 December 2017) get momentum at the residence of Alhaz Abu Hena Tutul on 2 October 2017 presided by Alhaz Mohammad Ismail Manik. The minutes of the meeting was recorded by Zahed Rahman. Speccial thanks to Alhaza Sumi Nasrin for seving delicious dinner to all participants. As many as 45 personnel were present in the meeting.
The significant outcomes of the meeting are :
# Mr. Joynal Abedin Shobab has declared to provide a Generator enabled with permanent Security Light Post covering the Sirat Mahfil Areas.
# Dipito ( দীপিত) a strong wing of the youth forces from Chunati has taken the sponsorship for entire Printing works of Siratunnabi SWM this year.
# Alhaz Amin Ahmad Khan has been requested to advise the operator to ensure better sound systems.
# Alhaz Mohammad Nayeem Nimu shall look after the overall electrification in consultation with Zilla Porishod Member Alhaz Anowar Kamal.
# Alhaz Kazi Ariful Islam shall communicate with Hajee Ahmad and other allies to ensure adequate supply of essential commodities upon requisition from the Central Store which has to maintain a Stock Register for updated data.
# Kazi Abdul Wahed Shohel will provide CCTV cameras from his own while Press and Medias shall be coordinated by Toyabul Hoque Bedar.
# Either the pandal of Mahfil or Cooking Shed would be restructured with a long term planning subject to avaliability of Donors / Sponsors.
# The Printing and Publication sub committee headed by Kashaful Hoque Shehzad would have to accelerate publication of relevant materials on or before 20 October '17 except the Program Manual.
# The meeting has recommended to arrange a formal meeting at Chittagong City on 23 October '17
