*Overall construction supervision at site with honesty & sincerity *Check contractors bills & suppliers invoices *Capable to understand both structural & architectural drawing & specifications *Prepare site layout & bar bending schedule *Prepare estimation & ensure proper utilization of construction *Prepare daily work schedule *Attending site meeting with contractor & site personnel *Maintain necessary register have job modification *Prepare appropriate checklist prior to job execution *Report all site information to respective superior *The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate/ Developer *Age Below or equal to 35 year(s) *Only males are allowed to apply. *5-7 years of working experience in Real Estate Apartment Projects *Should be a problem solver and ability to prioritize the task to meet the deadline *Must be able to work in a team & self motivated *Strong organizational ability to make things happen effectively
