1. Posting of aggressive or slanderous messages, as well as personal insults and critics, political issues, the coarseness, and vulgarities, and more generally any message contravening the Bangladeshi laws are prohibited.
2. Messages which promote or evoking illegal practices are prohibited. Illegal practices can be defined as an unlawful claim to the dwellers or taking unlawful advantage of the prevailing situation & the platform, such as extremism, spreading extreme religious or political propaganda is prohibited.
3. All users are encouraged to use real/nickname to display in the group as well we also suggest all users to have profile picture beside the name.
4. One user should register with only one Mobile number. If anyone registers with two or more mobile numbers, except one rest of them shall be removed.
5. Inactive users for a period of three months or more shall be removed. If any user was not seen online in Viber/WhatsApp for more than three months will be considered as an inactive user. Silent users are not inactive users and shall not be removed from the forum.
6. Please do not add people in the group who is not related to Chunati. We appreciate the only Resident of Chunati and their relatives are welcome to this forum. Prior to adding any member to this forum, please seek approval from Admin.
7. All new user is requested to introduce him or herself with parent’s name, present, and permanent residential address.
8. Please avoid repeated posting of the same messages, pictures & videos, please do only once.
9. Please avoid intervening by posting a new topic while a fruitful discussion is ongoing in the group in any specific subject.
10. It is observed that some user unable to resist sharing personal matters such as selfie, photos & videos which might carry good responses into the social media/Facebook but irrelevant to this Viber/WhatsApp group. Please refrain from posting such materials which are not appropriate for this forum.
11. Posting of a third party or unfounded reports published by local newspapers/media with the objective of tarnishing anyone’s image or any other ill motive is not be allowed to be published in this forum.
12. Any post which can be religious, motivational, educational, or in any other subject that has been collected from an external source should mention the reference or source at the bottom.
13. The user himself should be accountable for his own opinion/writing/message/post; Admin or any other user of this group cannot be held responsible for it.
14. This group is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. User under the age of 18 are not permitted to join this group and shall be removed.
15. If any user provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or not justified, Admins have the right to warn, suspend or terminate the account if deemed necessary.
16. This group shall not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us (admins).
The T&C’s were not set to demolish the harmony of ‘Priyo Chunati’ nor to regulate the respected user’s freedom of speech. Instead, some general rules were set to maintain conformity and mutual respect for each other. Further amendment, addition and removal of any part of this T&C will be carried out whenever necessary
